Product Description
Main performance & Structure Characteristics
1. Mooncake feeding and packing line consist of distantiation conveyor, distribution conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Moon cakes and other products with tray/box are spaced out and distributed first, and then the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging. The packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low reject rate, and beautiful appearance. Synchronously release deoxidizer or alcohol pad function is available.
2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 150 bags/min.
3. The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line is 5.0KW (including the packing machine3.4KW).
Advantage
1.Has the functions of storage, full products circulating transmission, it's more reasonable for distribution.
2.By the use of multi-stage differential distantiation and multi-grade feeding belt, the products are arranged neatly, location accurate and high speed.
3.Rotating circulation conveyor equipped with fashionable organic glass baffle, makes the appearance more beautiful.
4.Dismantle the belts without tools, crumble slots are installed in the connecting places and in the bottom of the belt, easy to maintain, save time and effort.
5.Simplified structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintenance, it's easy and fast to change films and setting when changing products with different size.
6.Standard configuration equipped with food grade white PU belt, blue anti-microbial belt and anti-sticking belt are optionally available.
7.High quality electric components are adopted in control system; intelligent PLC, touch screen and wonderful HMI, make the operation easy and intuitive.
Application Scope
Applicable for packing moon cake, Shredded Pork Waffle, cake and other regular shape objects with tray/box. Front end of the packing line can be integrated seamless to the production line to achieve continuous feeding, manpower material loading is also available.
