Equipment Details

Electrical control system

Including PLC,inverter, servo system,etc., responsible for the automatic control of the entire packaging process.

Feeding mechanism

It transports the products to be packaged to the packaging position. The parts that are in direct contact with food or may be in contact with food are made of stainless steel SUS304.

Film feeding mechanism

 

Transports the packaging film to ensure that the packaging film can accurately cover the product.

Center seal heating component

The center seal heating block adopts electric heating method to generate heat through resistance wire to fuse the packaging material and achieve sealing.

Horizontal sealing and cutting mechanism

It is equipped with a cutter that moves up and down to achieve horizontal sealing and cutting of the packaging film. The cutter is connected to the heating element to ensure a firm seal.

Discharge conveyor belt

Used to convey the packaged products from the packaging machine to the next process or storage area. The PU conveyor belt is oil-resistant, corrosion-resistant, cold-resistant, and cut-resistant, suitable for conveying food products, non-toxic, odorless, and easy to clean.
