1.Automatic Feeding and Packaging Line


Application Scope

Rice bar automatic feeding and packing line is suitable for packing rice crackers, cotton candies, finger bread, crunchy candy, pinecone, nut crisp and other regular shape objects. Front end of the feeding and packing line can be integrated seamless to the production line to achieve continuous feeding, manpower material loading is also available.
 

 

 

Main performance & Structure Characteristics

1. Rice Bar feeding and packing line consists of feeding conveyor, turntable unscrambler, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Rice bar and other products are unscrambled by the centrifugal force produced the turntable, and then transmit orderly to the automatic feeding and packing unit. The packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low scrap rate, and beautiful appearance.

2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 350 bags/min.

3. The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line (including the packing machine 3.4KW) is 5.2KW.
