Fully automatic 3 layers surgical elastic face mask making machine complete set is composed of a Ultrasonic mask body machine (face mask blank making machine), an a ultrasonic outside earloop welding machine. Elastics and nose-loops welding; molding; cutting; wastes eliminating and product output are all done by one non-woven ultrasonic mask machine in 100-120 pieces per minute.

The fully automatic ultrasonic outside earloop welding machine is controlled by 8 servo motors instead of the cylinders, so the speed increase a lots. What's more, this ultrasonic face mask making machine can save lots raw materials and human cost and increase huge capacity.
