Main Equipment

Automatic Feeding System

1.The automatic feeding system is selected according to the products incoming condition and the  packing requirements.Products incoming condition includes:material characteristics,processing technology,capacity,status,arrangement direction,etc.The packing requirements includes single,multi-pack assembly,adding support box,positive and negative,etc.

2.According to the stable operation speed of different feeding packing line,to match the demand of customer's production capacity,design the scientific,reasonable and efficient planning scheme.

Packing Machine

Packaging machines are typically capable of fully automating the entire production process, including feeding, metering, filling, bag making, date printing, sealing, and product output.
Their working principle varies based on specific packaging requirements. Generally, once the material enters the machine, the packaging film is wound into a cylindrical shape by a forming collar. It is then shaped into bags through longitudinal and transverse sealing, followed by material filling and final sealing.

Parallel Packing Robot

The packaging robot can automatically complete the entire process from product identification to packaging: it uses a vision system to identify the product's position and orientation, and a robotic arm precisely grasps the product and neatly places it into the carton according to a preset pattern.  It can also integrate processes such as carton sealing and quality inspection. With interchangeable end effectors (vacuum suction cups, pneumatic grippers, clamps, etc.) to suit different product characteristics, it is widely used in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, chemicals, and daily necessities, and is particularly suitable for scenarios requiring flexible packaging production lines.

Collaborative Palletizing Robot

Collaborative palletizing robots are unit equipment with collaborative robots as the core and intelligent palletizing functions. They are widely used in the palletizing industry. Collaborative palletizing robots improve production efficiency; save labor and floor space. It has the characteristics of flexible and precise movement, fast and efficient, high stability, fast deployment and efficient operation. It can automatically and efficiently complete the end-of-production line palletizing within a small footprint.
