Main performance & Structure Characteristics
1. Rice cake automatic feeding & packing line includes the separating conveyor , vibrating feeder, multi belt conveyor, vibrating conveyor, biscuits feeder and automatic packing machine. It can be seamlessly connected to the biscuit processing machine.By the drive of vibrator and conveyor, the products are conveyored stably and orderlyy to the biscuit feeder, realize , two or more pieces of laminated packaging , to achieve continuous production, high speed, greatl reduce the labor intensity.
2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180-250bags/min.Depends on the size of the product and the characteristics of the package film.
3. Power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power is about 28KW as the drawing (5 lines).
