Applications:
Mainly suitable for packing biscuit, cookies, maamous,prastry and other regular shape foods. It can connect to the production line directly, automatically complete single package (1 PCS/Bag), 2-4 PCS in a pile in one bag or 1-3 piles in a bag.
Main features and structure characteristics
1. This biscuit feeding and packing line includes separating conveyor, distributing conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. 2. 2. Biscuits are separated and distributed, and then transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging. The packing line can achieve continuous and orderly feeding, low reject rate, and the packge is beautiful and reliable.
2. Maximum packing speed of single line can achieve 300 PPM.
3. The power of whole packing line is 50 HZ 220V (can be changed according to the actual requirement), total power is about 20KW(with 4 packing machine).
