Adjustable Bag Former:The continuous packaging material is folded and shaped to form packaging bags with specific shapes and sizes. It can adapt to changes in bag size, flexibly adjust bag width, and adapt to packaging bags of various specifications.

Key Configurations

Box-Motion Knife Holder:Through coordinated movements of front-back motion and vertical closing, it completes the cutting and heat sealing of packaging materials. The servo independently controls the cutting knife, supporting different cutting patterns (such as toothed, straight cut, etc.). The sealing is uniform and aesthetically pleasing, particularly advantageous for products with higher packaging heights.

Paper Support Component:Used to support and transport packaging film. The tension of the packaging film is adjusted by the brake wheel and brake lever, and the position of the packaging film is adjusted by the rocker arm and paper clamping sleeve. The rotation speed of the paper support component is synchronized with other components of the packaging machine (such as the paper pulling wheel and paper feeding component) to ensure continuous transportation of the packaging film.
