Operation Process Of The Whole Line

Feeding and primary sorting
 

The rice crackers enter the disc aligning machine through the automatic feeding conveyor, and the distance is adjusted by the distance machine after the direction is unified.
 

Primary packaging
 

The single-row rice crackers enter the packaging machine, are independently sealed as single packages, and the transition conveyor detects and removes defective products in connected packages.
 

Secondary packaging preparation

 

The qualified single packages are re-spaced by the three-level distance conveyor, and the servo tail rack is stacked according to the layer height.

Stack transfer and
secondary packaging

 

The tail rack push-out mechanism pushes the stack group into the secondary packaging machine to complete the external packaging of multiple connected packages.
