3.Reliable operation: The machine is made of special pneumatic components to grasp and place products. Through mechanical operation, pneumatic and electrical control, the product is accurately and reliably loaded into cartons from the bottle conveying platform.
4.Stable operation: The operation of the whole packing process is completed by mechanism driven by different variable-frequency motor, and automatic operation is realized by combining pneumatic, electric and optical control. Coordinated movement, smooth and accurate movement.
5.Complies with food hygiene requirements:The overall use of oil-free lubrication pneumatic components makes daily maintenance simple and convenient;At the same time,the noise is low and there is no oil pollution.
6.Equipped with multiple protection functions,it can shutdown in a timely manner in case of faults.
Main Structure
Responsible for picking, transporting, and placing items, capable of simulating human hand movements to complete complex packing operations.
Includes mechanical grippers, suction cups, fixtures, etc., with different gripping methods selected based on the shape and characteristics of the items.
Directly contacts the items to achieve gripping and releasing, ensuring items remain undamaged during the boxing process.
Transports items from the production line to the packing station, ensuring accurate delivery within the robot's gripping range.
Provides accurate object information to help the robot arm adjust its gripping position and posture, thereby improving the accuracy and efficiency of packing.
Based on pre-set programs and real-time data, it controls the movement of the robot, the opening and closing of the gripping device, and the operation of the conveyor system, achieving automated packing.
