Main function & structure characteristics:
 

1.Rice cake automatic feeding & packing line includes the separating conveyor, vibrating feeder, multi belt conveyor, virbrating conveyor, biscuits feeder and automatic packing machine.It can seamlessly connected to the biscuit processing machine.By the drive of virbrator and conveyor,the products are conveyed stably and orderly to the biscuit feeder, realize, two or more pieces of  laminated packaging, to achieve continous production, high spedd, greaetly reduce the labor intensity.
2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180-250bags/min.Depends on the size of the product and hte characteristics of the package film.
3. Power supply adopts 220V 50HZ, total power is about 28kw as the drawing (5 lines)

Applicable for rice cake,biscuits and other regular shape, large capacity products.
