Application Scope

Suitable for packing puffed and cutting foods which are produced continuously and cut completely. Besides wafer biscuit, it's also suitable for egg-yolk puff, crunchy rice candy, caramel treats, seed candy and so on.
 

 

 

Main performance & Structure Characteristics

1.  Wafer biscuit automatic feeding and packaging Line includes distantiation conveyor, distributing conveyor, repulsion mechanism, turning mechanism, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Caramel treats or other products are separated in rows, opened the distance, and then alignment and being plodded to the automatic feeding and packing unit, which can achieve continuous and orderly production, low reject rate, and beautiful appearance.
 2. Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180 bags/min.
3. The whole packing line adopts power supply of 50 HZ 220v, total power of single feeding and packing line (including the packing machine 3.4KW) is 4.4KW.

1. Equipped with automatic stopping/alignment devices, and automatic correcting device is optional.
2. Arrange the products neatly and flow into the feeding unit orderly, with the features of  stable transmission, accurate location and high speed.
3. Dismantle the belts without tools, crumble slots are installed in the connecting places and in the bottom of the belt, easy to maintain, save time and effort.
4. Simplified structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintenance, it's easy and fast to change films and setting when change products with different size.
5. Standard configuration equipped with food grade white PU belt, blue anti-microbial belt are optionally available.
